Dr Kuchipudi is a Clinical Professor and serves as the Associate Director of the Animal Diagnostic Laboratory (ADL), Penn State. Dr Kuchipudi is the head of microbiology, overseeing bacteriology, virology, serology and molecular diagnostic units of the ADL.
